The original release of Lovely had the PRIMITIVES name in red letters and the US reissue had green/yellow letters. The reissue also contained the song "Way Behind Me" (a UK single on its own before it was released on any particular LP). In 1988, the Primitives were having success on the US indie charts so RCA included the song on a reissue of Lovely for the US market. There was also a third US pressing with the original red letters that also included "Way Behind Me." The song was then featured on the album "Pure". The single wouldn't have been featured on the UK version of Lovely because that LP already had 5 hit singles on it. A small amount of erroneous versions slipped through the pressings, listing Way Behind Me on the album cover but did not appear on the album music.
